Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation Benefits Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves managing job evaluation processes, designing and maintaining compensation structures, and overseeing employee benefits programs to ensure alignment with company goals and legal standards. The manager will develop, implement, and analyze compensation and benefits strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires a focus on creating equitable and competitive compensation frameworks that attract, reward, and retain talented professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Job Evaluation and designing effective Compensation Structures
- Expertise in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management (ESOP,LTIP)
- Strong background in Compensation Management and developing competitive pay strategies
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools
