🔑 Key Responsibilities
💰 Compensation Management
- Lead AOP support, budgeting & forecasting
- Cost of Employment (COE) modelling
- Salary benchmarking & structure design
- Manage annual compensation cycles
🏥 Benefits Governance
- Evaluate & optimize benefit programs
- Conduct cost modelling & ROI analysis
- Coordinate with vendors (if applicable)
📊 Workforce Planning
- Workforce cost modelling & headcount analysis
- Scenario-based compensation planning
🎯 Incentive Programs
- Drive STIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) execution
- Exposure to LTIP (Long-Term Incentive Plan) preferred
- Ensure payout governance & alignment with performance frameworks
🌍 Compliance & Governance
- Ensure global compensation compliance
- Maintain governance documentation & audit readiness
📈 Systems & Analytics
- Advanced Excel & data modelling (must-have)
- HRMS / compensation tools exposure
- Database knowledge is a plus
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 5–7+ years in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong Excel & analytical capability
- Experience managing compensation cycles
- Exposure to budgeting & forecasting
- Hands-on STIP experience (LTIP is a plus)
- Experience working with global stakeholders
