About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support global Total Rewards initiatives. This is an Individual Contributor role, ideal for professionals with experience managing India or APAC Compensation & Benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Compensation & Benefits programs across India/APAC
- Manage employee benefits administration and vendor coordination
- Perform compensation and benefits data analysis
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
- Ensure compliance through compensation and benefits audits
- Support annual benefits renewal activities
- Partner with HRBPs, HR Shared Services, and external vendors
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders
- Recommend process improvements and support Total Rewards initiatives
Mandatory Skills
- 5–9 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
- Hands-on India or APAC Compensation & Benefits experience
- Compensation analysis and benefits administration
- Vendor management
- Compensation & Benefits audits and compliance
- Market benchmarking and salary surveys
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- HRIS experience (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
