Job Description:
- Partner with business leaders on HR initiatives and workforce planning.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, documentation, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people analytics.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking using market surveys and industry data to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Analyze salary structures, job evaluations, internal equity, and external market trends.
- Support annual compensation reviews, salary revisions, promotions, and incentive planning.
