Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The role involves designing, analyzing, and administering compensation and benefits programs aligned with company strategies. Responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational budgets. The specialist will work closely with HR and management to create competitive benefits packages, manage payroll systems, and provide insights on market trends to support employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, salary benchmarking, and pay structure design
- Strong understanding of benefits program design, implementation, and administration
- Knowledge of payroll systems and experience in ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Ability to perform research and data collection to align compensation strategies with industry trends
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with HR, management, and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role in a multi-national work environment is advantageous
