Director, Training & Development

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Training & Development to build and lead a comprehensive training function that supports the continued growth and excellence of our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs across our network of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and corporate teams. This role requires a collaborative leader who can translate business needs into learning solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. The Director will oversee the creation of content, delivery methods, and infrastructure needed to support onboarding, role-specific training, leadership development, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
