Healthcare Home Data Analyst

The Healthcare Home Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive organizational improvement. This role will work closely with the leadership team to identify key performance indicators, develop data dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Utilize advanced analytical techniques, such as statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis methodologies - Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through the implementation of robust data governance practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as data science, statistics, or business analytics - 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools and techniques - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is preferred - Knowledge of healthcare industry data and systems is a plus
