This includes the coordination of preventive maintenance, capital improvements, and the repair of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems. The Chief Engineer ensures that the facility meets all applicable regulatory codes and standards. They also develop and manage the facility's operations budget and supervise the engineering staff.
