We are looking for 4–5 CS Trainees / Semi-Qualified Company Secretaries who are passionate about Corporate Laws and serious about building a strong professional career. If you believe that real learning comes through practical exposure, responsibility and challenging assignments, this opportunity may be for you.
At our firm, you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to assignments involving:
• Listed and Unlisted Companies
• Private Limited and Section 8 Companies
• Corporate Actions and Restructuring
• Fundraising Activities (IPOs,PEs and Corporate Transactions)
• SEBI Regulations and Companies Act Compliances
• ESG / BRSR Compliances and related advisory assignments
• Other specialised Corporate and Secretarial Assignments
We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take responsibility, accept challenges and grow professionally. CS students eligible for practical training / article ship are encouraged to apply.
