Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee located in Gurugram. The Company Secretary Trainee will assist in handling corporate compliance, preparing and maintaining statutory records, drafting board resolutions, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role also includes research and analysis of legal and tax-related matters, working on corporate governance practices, and providing administrative support to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate compliance, statutory record maintenance, and regulatory filings
- Proficiency in drafting board resolutions, reports, and other corporate documentation
- Strong research and analytical skills in legal, corporate, and tax-related matters
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualification: Pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) course from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- Prior internship or work experience in a similar role is an added advantage
