We are looking for serious and committed CS candidates who want exposure to real corporate and capital market assignments, not just routine compliance work.
Position: CS Trainee (3)
Location: Shilaj Ahmedabad (WFO Only)
Eligibility
CS Professional (Final) passed students, or
Ongoing CS trainees who want exposure in professional practice
Key Areas of Exposure
Listed Company Compliance – Main Board & SME
SEBI & stock exchange compliances
Capital market transactions (IPO, FPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, ESOP etc.)
Due diligence, corporate restructuring & advisory
Drafting of board resolutions, policies and compliance documentation.
