Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee at AKASH G & COMPANY, located in Bhopal. The CS Trainee will assist in tasks such as filings with ROC, preparing compliance reports, maintaining corporate records, and conducting due diligence. The role also involves assisting with ROC filings, legal documentation, compliance research, and coordinating with clients to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and statutory filings
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to details.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, report preparation, and maintenance of records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Drive, Adobe pdf, ROC Software, XBRL filings, working knowledge of using MCA website would be an added advantage. Ussage of AI Tools in day to day operations for work related assignments, drafting, documentations etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Pursuing or completed CS Professional program or Executive program (preferred)
- Understanding of business compliance, including TM registration, Company/LLP Incorporations, Import Export Code, and similar processes, is an advantage.
