Job Title: CS Intern / Law Intern – Merchant Banking & Legal

Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a CS Intern / Law Intern for a long-term training opportunity of 21 months in our Merchant Banking and Legal Department. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build a career in capital markets, compliance, and legal advisory
Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:
- Assist in IPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues, and QIPs.
- Support in due diligence processes and preparation of offer documents.
- Work on drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documentation.
- Assist in SEBI compliance, regulatory filings, and reporting.
- Handle secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Conduct legal research and support ongoing compliance activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CS Professional (passed) or
- Law Graduate

- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Good legal research and communication abilities
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Merchant Banking and Compliance
