Job Description
Job Title: Company Secretary (Qualified CS)
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 1?6 Years (Post Qualification)
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements
- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory registers
- Conduct and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions
- Maintain statutory records and documentation
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders
- Advise management on corporate governance and legal matters
- Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, and policies
- Ensure timely filing of forms and returns with authorities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Corporate Laws & Compliance
- Experience in ROC filings and secretarial audits
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
