Immediate Joiner Hiring: Company Secretary (Listed company experience mandatory)
📍 Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
🕒 Experience: 5-8 years

A fast-growing sustainability-focused organization is looking for an experienced Company Secretary to lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance, board management, and strategic listing initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on:
✔ Listed entity compliance (SEBI / Companies Act)
✔ Board & shareholder governance
✔ BSE/NSE compliance and disclosures
✔ ESOP planning & implementation
✔ Dual listing / Main Board listing initiatives
✔ Legal coordination and regulatory filings
✔ Investor and merchant banker coordination
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS mandatory)
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in listed companies
- Hands-on expertise with SEBI LODR, MCA, ROC, NSE/BSE compliance
- Exposure to board processes, disclosures, and corporate governance
- Experience with ESOPs, preferential allotments, and stock exchange coordination preferred
- Ability to work closely with leadership and external stakeholders
🔹 Preferred Background
- Public listed company experience
- Exposure to subsidiary / LLP structures
- Experience handling legal coordination and compliance reporting
