Required Position: Company Secretory

Position Reports to: Head - Finance

Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.

Job Description

1. Handling all companies compliances under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & other applicable Law.
2. Handling legal compliances as well as legal matters
3. Understanding & drafting of all commercial agreements
4. Drafting of all legal paper & Board & General meetings Minutes.
5. Sound knowledge of issue of equity share procedure to foreign investor & filling of related documents to RBI
6. Should know all compliances under new Companies Act,2013
7. Filling of all ROC returns & Annual return
8. Experience to prepare annual Report & Directors Report

Candidated with exposure to Intellectual Property Rights Law will be preferred.

Academic Qualification: LLB + CS

Experience: 5 -6 years
