Hiring: Senior Associate- Company Secretary (Direct opening with our esteemed client)
We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join our esteemed client.
Experience Required: CS qualified with 3+Years
Location: Mumbai-Powai
Work Mode:4 Days work from office
Excellent communication is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years Post qualification Experience in secretarial working experience in company act, incorporation, Board Meetings, rights issue of securities, private placement of securities, SBO filing, DI, FEMA Compliances- FCTRS, FCGPR, FLA and ECB
- Candidate currently working in Indian Compliances.
- Preferably from professional firms or listed companies.
Required Qualifications:
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to communicate with various level of management
- Keen to work in consulting and clients facing environment
- Good command over oral and written English language
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies
- Computer literate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Handle incorporations, foreign registrations, board/shareholder meetings, strike-offs, and winding-up matters.
- Manage end-to-end company secretarial compliance for listed and private companies.
- Advise on Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, DI, ECB, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure statutory filings, annual returns, and maintenance of corporate records and registers.
- Draft resolutions, notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct due diligence and liaise with clients, auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulators.
- Monitor deliverables, ensure timely compliance, and provide regulatory insights.
