Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Company Secretary to join our team. As a key member of the corporate compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing legal and corporate governance advice to the Board of Directors and management team.
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations, including the Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations.
• Act as assistant to the Board and attend all Board and committee meetings.
• Assist in preparation of meeting notice, agendas & minutes.
Qualifications:
• Member of ICSI with 0-2 years of PQE.
• Candidates with listed company exposure will be given preference.
Candidates from Karnataka State will be preferred.
