Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Company Secretary to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, and liaising with various stakeholders such as regulators, directors, and clients. You will handle corporate law matters including filings, returns, and reports, oversee board and shareholder meeting preparations, and assist in corporate governance practices. Additionally, you will provide support in audits, compliance reviews, and related consultations, contributing to the financial efficiency and legal standing of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Compliance Management
- Strong understanding of Statutory Filings, Regulatory Returns, and Secretarial Standards
- Proficiency in Research, Documentation, and Legal Drafting
- Familiarity with Financial Accounting Tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho Books
- Solid grasp of Advanced Excel and data reporting tools, such as Google Studio and Google Apps Script
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- ICSI membership as a qualified Company Secretary is essential
- Additional certifications in relevant areas such as corporate law, tax, or finance are advantageous
