Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Industry experience: 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.
Salary: up to 15 LPA
Role:
Our client is seeking a qualified Company Secretary with prior background in independent CS practice or a practising #CS / CA-CS firm and with demonstrated managerial ability to lead and supervise a team of 4-6 professionals. The role requires strong technical competence, client-handling capability, review discipline and execution ownership.
