Role Description – Company Secretary (CS)
This is a responsibility-driven role, not a task-driven one.
We are looking for professionals who can:
- Own outcomes, not just activities
- Lead engagements, not just assist
- Simplify compliance, not complicate it
- Create value for clients, not just close checklists
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing corporate law compliances across clients
- Advising on Companies Act and governance matters
- Coordinating with clients, regulators, and internal teams
- Supporting transactions, structuring, and strategic assignments
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and well-managed execution
✅ Core Strengths (Must Have):
- Strong grounding in ROC compliances & corporate law
- Ability to independently manage assignments
- Clear communication and professional drafting skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability
âž• Value Add (Good to Have):
- Exposure to FEMA / RBI / SEBI matters
- Experience in transactional or advisory work
- Ability to work in a multi-client, dynamic environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (CA/CS firm preferred)
- Semi-qualified candidates with strong practical exposure may be considered
Location
Open across metro cities.
Preference for those willing to engage with our Mangaluru ecosystem.
