Roles & Responsibilities: •
- Compliance Management – Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, LLP Act, Secretarial Standards.
- Secretarial Functions – Maintain statutory records; assist in company/LLP formation; prepare Directors’ Report; handle MOA/AOA changes.
- Board & General Meetings – Coordinate meetings and prepare agenda, minutes and resolutions.
- Legal Documentation Review – Review real estate agreements and TDR documents under HOD guidance.
- Corporate Governance – Support implementation of corporate governance practices.
- Regulatory Risk & Ethics – Monitor regulatory risks and ensure adherence to code of conduct.
- Communication & Coordination – Liaise with management, auditors, PCS and coordinate IPO activities and merger related activities.
Mandatory Skills: •
- Knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws
- Drafting and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and compliance focus
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
- Familiarity with Secretarial Standards of Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- IPO and corporate governance exposure
Qualification : Company Secretary
