Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Jaipur. The role involves implementing and managing corporate governance and compliance control frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and supporting clients with compliance operations through Lawrbit’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage corporate governance and compliance frameworks
- Conduct in-depth research on applicable regulations and requirements
- Identify and map relevant compliance obligations under various regulations (corporate, labor, tax, and sector-specific)
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance tracking
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to streamline compliance processes
- Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- 4–7 years of professional experience in compliance or related roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance management
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions (preferred)
- Experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and interest in working with a fast-growing RegTech SaaS company
