🚨 We're Hiring | Associate Partner / Fellow Company Secretary – IPO Advisory & Listed Company Compliances
G & J Associates is expanding its Capital Markets & Corporate Advisory practice and is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Company Secretary to join our leadership team in Jaipur.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who aspire to work on high-value IPO assignments, listed company compliances, and corporate governance advisory, with the potential to grow as an Associate Partner.
Experience Required
✅ 5+ Years (Mandatory)
⭐ Prior experience in IPO Advisory and Listed Company Compliances is must.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage the Listed Company Compliance Team
✔ Handle end-to-end IPO assignments, from pre-listing to post-listing compliances
✔ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), ICDR, PIT Regulations, and other applicable laws
✔ Manage BSE/NSE compliances and corporate governance requirements
✔ Review and supervise ROC filings, board and shareholder processes, and secretarial compliances
✔ Mentor and guide a team of Company Secretaries and compliance professionals
✔ Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Registrars, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and Regulatory Authorities
Preferred Candidate
• Qualified ACS/FCS
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Listed Company Compliances and IPO Advisory
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
