We're Hiring | Associate Partner / Fellow Company Secretary – IPO Advisory & Listed Company Compliances
Experience Required
✅ 5+ Years (Mandatory)
⭐ Prior experience in IPO Advisory and Listed Company Compliances is must.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage the Listed Company Compliance Team
✔ Handle end-to-end IPO assignments, from pre-listing to post-listing compliances
✔ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), ICDR, PIT Regulations, and other applicable laws
✔ Manage BSE/NSE compliances and corporate governance requirements
✔ Review and supervise ROC filings, board and shareholder processes, and secretarial compliances
✔ Mentor and guide a team of Company Secretaries and compliance professionals
✔ Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Registrars, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, and Regulatory Authorities
