Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Hyderabad. The Company Secretary will handle corporate governance and compliance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. They will maintain records, prepare board meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities. The role also includes liaising with stakeholders, advising on legal and statutory obligations, and ensuring seamless communication between the board of directors, management, and shareholders. The Company Secretary will play a critical role in maintaining transparency and adherence to corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in corporate governance, compliance management, and company law
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle regulatory filings and statutory requirements
- Knowledge in corporate regulations, legal frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field; CS qualification is mandatory
- Problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and collaborative mindset
