Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI and other corporate laws
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
- Preparation and filing of ROC forms, annual returns, and resolutions
- Drafting of agenda, minutes of meetings, notices, and board reports
- Coordinate and manage Board Meetings, AGM & EGM
- Provide legal and corporate governance support to management
- Liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and consultants
- Assist in corporate structuring and compliance planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- Strong understanding of corporate laws & governance
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
