Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary with strong expertise in secretarial research, regulatory advisory, and legal analysis under Indian corporate and securities laws. The role involves providing PAN India advisory support to internal secretarial departments on complex compliance, governance, and transaction-related matters.

Key Responsibilities :-


  • Conduct in-depth secretarial research on corporate and securities laws


  • Provide advisory and legal opinions under:


  • Companies Act, 2013


  • SEBI (LODR) Regulations


  • SEBI (SAST) Regulations


  • SEBI (PIT) Regulations


  • FEMA & RBI Regulations


  • Draft and vet legal opinions, compliance notes, and advisory memorandums
  • Track, analyze, and circulate amendments, notifications, circulars, and case laws
  • Interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on clients’ businesses
  • Assist Partners and management in compliance structuring and risk mitigation
  • Support transaction-related advisory including M&A, investments, and restructuring
  • Coordinate with regulators, and internal teams across PAN India assignments
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory queries from SEBI, ROC, RBI, etc




Key Skills & Knowledge


  • Strong command over Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations
  • Hands-on experience in LODR, SAST, PIT, and FEMA advisory
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and legally sound opinions
  • Strong research, analytical, and interpretation skills
  • Updated knowledge of regulatory amendments and judicial precedents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
