About the role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday reporting tools, HR systems and data structures. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support business operations and decision-making across the organization. What you'll do… Understand HR business process in workday and how they affect employee data. Build, configure, and maintain advanced Workday reports (including custom reports, composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards and Hubs) Troubleshoot and resolve issues in workday reports independently. Understand Workday integrations and role assignments, securities. Experience in working on statutory reports for US, Australia and Singapore. Ability to think out of the box, have knowledge around industry wide used key KPI's and metrics in HR Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, accuracy, and user experience. Ensure data integrity and security in reports by applying proper security and access controls. Maintain and enhance Workday reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata. Provide training and support to end users on accessing and interpreting Workday reports. Monitor Workday updates/releases and assess impacts to existing reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and ad hoc reporting needs. Protect sensitive data and follow GDPR and other data privacy regulations. Who you are… Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Trending reports). Proficient in creating calculated fields, custom objects, and using Workday's business object model. Basic knowledge on integrations is must Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Advanced excel & power point skills Preferred Skills: Workday certification in Reporting. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Understanding of core HR processes and data (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.). Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or other integration tools (nice to have). Experience working with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Worksheets is a plus.
