Role Description
This part-time, on-site Community Volunteer role is based in any state . Responsibilities include engaging with young women to conduct workshops and interactive sessions that build their confidence, life skills, and clarity of career paths. The volunteer will foster meaningful connections, support individual growth, and assist participants in exploring their strengths and potential. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other team members, assisting in program development, and ensuring the effective delivery of the organization's mission on the ground.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections and facilitate workshops.
- Experience in mentorship, life coaching, or conducting educational/community development initiatives.
- Organizational and project management abilities.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability to work with diverse groups of young women.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Passion for empowering young women and driving social change.
