Job Title: Community Strategist
Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Role Summary:
The Community Strategist is responsible for managing real-time content execution, ensuring platform compliance, monitoring growth, and maintaining operational efficiency across all IPs. The role requires strong execution speed, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination with content, design, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Trend Tracking and Real-time Execution
- Monitor trends across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Adapt and publish relevant trends across appropriate IPs within defined timelines (1–2 hours)
- Coordinate with copy and design teams for quick turnaround
- Evaluate platform and category relevance before publishing
Content Audit and Compliance
- Conduct daily audits of all active IPs
- Ensure adherence to platform community guidelines
- Review content for grammar, tone, hooks, and visual consistency
- Identify and escalate non-compliant or off-brand content
Growth Monitoring and Reporting
- Track weekly performance metrics including follower growth and content performance
- Analyze format mix (static, carousel, reels, etc.)
- Prepare monthly IP health reports with insights and recommendations
- Highlight underperforming pages and suggest corrective actions
Target Setting and Performance Tracking
- Define performance targets for each IP every 10 days
- Share targets with respective team leads and ensure alignment
- Monitor progress against targets and follow up on gaps
- Maintain records of target vs. actual performance
Workflow Management and Team Mapping
- Maintain updated records of IP ownership and team structures
- Track team leads mapped to each IP
- Manage database of all community-related communication groups
- Ensure weekly updates and data accuracy
Page Security and Access Control
- Ensure secure access to all social media accounts
- Coordinate with IT for credential management and access control
- Enforce monthly password updates and restricted access
- Identify and report any suspicious activity
IP Development and Expansion
- Identify content gaps and propose new IP opportunities
- Support development of new pages including naming, positioning, and content formats
- Maintain documentation of all newly launched IPs
Content Support and Ideation
- Contribute to content ideation across IPs
- Suggest new formats and improvements for existing content
- Identify gaps in content formats and frequency
- Collaborate with design and copy teams on execution feasibility
Cross-functional Coordination
- Support team leads in managing workflows and resolving blockers
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Coordinate with HR for team availability and update
Training and Community Awareness
- Conduct periodic training sessions on platform guidelines and content sensitivity
- Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs
- Update training modules based on platform or policy changes
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 1–4 years of experience in social media or community management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
