Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Community Specialist will support the growth and engagement of the World Exec Summit community by managing daily interactions with members and prospective members, including responding to inquiries, facilitating introductions, and nurturing long-term relationships. The role involves coordinating local and global community touchpoints such as events, retreats, and private dinners, ensuring a high-quality experience before, during, and after each engagement. The Community Specialist will help maintain community standards through careful review of member applications, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement. The position also includes collaborating with internal teams on communication initiatives, updating member records, and preparing reports on community health and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement abilities for building trust-based relationships and fostering an active, inclusive community.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for interacting with senior leaders and coordinating community activities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Community Management skills to handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders or professional communities is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and member requests.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or community platforms to track engagement and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, social sciences, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
