Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Specialist, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home options. The Community Specialist will be responsible for fostering strong connections within the community, managing member engagement initiatives, and ensuring the satisfaction of community members through exceptional support. The role also involves planning and managing community events, addressing concerns promptly, and driving member participation in activities that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships
- Experience in community engagement and community management
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Competence in event organization, planning, and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and social platforms
- A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Past experience in growing or managing community-focused initiatives or programs is advantageous
