Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with members, identifying and generating leads, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies that drive membership growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer satisfaction, promoting member engagement, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will track sales performance, provide regular progress updates, and actively contribute to increasing the visibility and reach of Infiniti Connects™.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and lead generation to drive membership growth and expand the network
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to ensure a positive member experience
- Excellent communication skills for meaningful interactions with members and effective collaboration with team members
- Experience with relationship management and business networking platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven organizational and time management skills to manage hybrid work responsibilities effectively
