The Connections by Davillas is a premium social travel brand focused on curated group experiences designed around compatibility, shared energy, and meaningful interactions.
We are looking for a confident, people-oriented, and target-driven Community Sales Manager who can build strong client relationships and convert inbound interest into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls
• Engage with potential clients and understand their preferences
• Build trust and create a strong sense of community around the brand
• Communicate the value and experience of our curated travel concepts
• Handle objections, maintain follow-ups, and close bookings
• Ensure a premium and professional client experience throughout the journey
Performance Expectations
• 40–50 active lead conversations daily
• 20–30 confirmed bookings monthly
• Strong focus on engagement, consistency, and conversions
Requirements
• Prior experience in sales, community management, client handling, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with calls, voice notes, and high-volume conversations
• Confident personality with strong relationship-building ability
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
