Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Intern to support day-to-day community operations, ensuring smooth user interactions, timely issue resolution, and consistent engagement across the platform. This role is execution-focused and offers hands-on exposure to managing real-time community workflows.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing daily community operations and user interactions
- Respond to user queries and escalate issues when required
- Monitor community activity and support engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates
- Maintain basic reports on user activity and operational tasks
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve user experience
Who We're Looking for
- 0–6 months of experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
