At The Silver Lining, we’ve always believed that therapy doesn’t just happen inside the room. It is shaped by the spaces we build, the communities we nurture, and the ways in which we make mental health conversations accessible and real.
We’re looking for an intern who wants to step into that intersection.
This is not a typical “marketing internship,” and it is not a purely clinical role either. It sits somewhere in between, where you will get to understand how a therapy practice grows, sustains itself, and reaches people meaningfully.
Who this might be a good fit for:
- You are currently pursuing your Bachelor's or Master’s in Psychology (or a related field)
- You are curious about what happens beyond therapy sessions, especially the business and growth side of a practice
- You have an interest in content, communication, or community-building
- You value depth, ethics, and intentional work
- You are willing to step slightly outside your comfort zone and take initiative

What you will be involved in:
- Supporting content creation and storytelling for The Silver Lining
- Assisting with workshops, events, and community initiatives
- Contributing ideas on how we can reach more people meaningfully
- Understanding the backend of running a therapy practice
- Being part of conversations around growth, visibility, and sustainability

- is comfortable engaging with community, not just working behind the scenes
Logistics:
- Location: Hybrid (with in-person work from our Chembur office, Mumbai)
- Duration: Should be able to commit to working for at least 6 months
- Stipend: Provided
