Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Outreach Manager to build strong relationships with schools, partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure smooth coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Handle onboarding and support for partner schools and institutions
- Track feedback, resolve concerns, and improve stakeholder satisfaction
- Maintain reports, follow-ups, and relationship records
- Support project teams during implementation and training activities
- Ensure long-term engagement and retention of partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0 to 5 years experience in Customer Relationship Management / Client Coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with follow-ups, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
