Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential attendees via outbound cold calls/ Inbound calls introducing them to community events and encouraging them to join for shared learning and growth
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversions
- Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to boost conversion rates and ensure registration goals are met
- Conduct research to discover new prospects through online communities, social media and networking platforms
- Maintain a high NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating by ensuring a positive, engaging and value-driven experience for every prospect
