Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with colleges, universities, student communities, and training institutes to increase student engagement and participation in Hackingly programs and events.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with colleges, TPOs, faculty coordinators, and student communities.
- Drive student participation for hackathons, workshops, bootcamps, and events.
- Build and maintain institutional partnerships and campus networks.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Maintain outreach data and provide regular engagement reports.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in:
- Community Outreach
- College/Institute Engagement
- EdTech Partnerships
- Student Relationship Management
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in student engagement or partnership coordination.
- Good understanding of college ecosystems and student communities.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred
- Prior experience in EdTech, campus outreach, or community management.
- Experience handling college tie-ups or campus ambassador programs is an added advantage.
