Looking to onboard passionate professionals for the role of Mobilizer in the skill development ecosystem.
📍 Open Positions:
• 2 Mobilizers – Uttam Nagar, Delhi
• 2 Mobilizers – Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
🔎 Role Overview:
As a Mobilizer, you will be responsible for connecting with communities, mobilizing candidates, and ensuring strong enrollments for training programs.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate mobilization through field activities
• Community outreach & awareness sessions
• Coordination with training centers
• Ensuring batch fill rates
🎯 We are looking for:
• Experience in mobilization / field work / NGO / skill development
• Strong communication & local network
• Ability to work on ground and travel locally
💼 Preference:
Candidates with prior experience in skill development projects / CSR initiatives will be highly preferred.
