👨💼 Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in community outreach, field mobilization, sales, or marketing is an added advantage.
🎓 Qualification
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize youth (18–25 years) for free skill development and employment programs.
- Conduct field visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns.
- Build relationships with colleges, communities, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
- Achieve enrollment targets through regular outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports.
- Support candidates throughout the enrollment process.
✅ Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Telugu (Hindi/English is an added advantage)
- Confident in interacting with communities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and Microsoft Office
