Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Mobilizer, based in Bhubaneswar. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for building and managing relationships with various community stakeholders, supporting outreach campaigns, and engaging with diverse groups to foster collaboration. Tasks include identifying and engaging with community members, organizing events and workshops, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting programs that align with the company's mission to drive impactful recruitment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a passion for Community Engagement
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Community Management and fostering collaborative relationships
- Organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, on-site team setting
- Knowledge or experience in campus recruitment or student engagement is an advantage
- Proficiency in local language(s) and cultural awareness is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Management, or a related field
