Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Community Mobilizer, located in Raurkela. The Community Mobilizer will focus on engaging with local communities to drive participation, foster relationships, and strengthen connections between various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include organizing community initiatives, managing communication channels, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as a bridge between the company and the local community. This role also involves gathering community feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse groups
- Proficiency in Community Engagement and the ability to mobilize stakeholders for collective action
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective outreach and collaboration
- Customer Service and Community Management skills with a focus on resolving concerns and promoting positive interactions
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in grassroots-level initiatives or community programs is an advantage
- Fluency in local languages and cultural knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Relations, or a relevant field is desirable
