Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Mobilizer located in Cuttack. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with diverse communities, fostering strong relationships, and encouraging participation in organizational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing events, conducting community outreach, managing communication channels, and providing exceptional support to community members. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the organization and the communities it serves, ensuring impactful engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a passion for building relationships
- Proficiency in Community Engagement and Community Management strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive community outcomes
- Experience in community organizing or working with diverse groups is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proactive, empathetic, and goal-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills
