Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Community Mobilizer located in Cuttack. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for fostering relationships with local communities, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating student and institutional participation in various programs. Daily tasks include organizing community outreach initiatives, understanding community needs, promoting HIREKARMA’s services, and ensuring effective communication between team members and community participants to achieve goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups
- Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work on-site in Cuttack and manage on-ground tasks effectively
- Prior experience in community-focused roles or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, or a related field is preferred
