Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Community Mobiliser role based in Bhubaneswar. The Community Mobiliser will engage directly with various institutions and community groups to facilitate meaningful collaborations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships within the community, fostering engagement, managing customer interactions, and maintaining transparent communication between stakeholders. The candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s mission, driving participation, and ensuring effective service delivery to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement abilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring positive user experiences
- Proficiency in Community Management, including building and sustaining relationships with diverse groups
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-changing environments
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in community outreach or related areas is an added advantage
