Role Description
Qurez is looking for a Community Manager Intern who is passionate about skincare, customer experience, and building meaningful conversations with our community.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, educating consumers, and creating a great brand experience.
Role: Community Manager Intern
Duration: 3 Months Internship (Full time)
Location: Gurgaon (In-office)
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
• Engage with customers across WhatsApp and email
• Provide customer support and resolve queries related to products and orders
• Educate customers about Qurez products, sun safety, and skincare routines
• Build strong relationships with the Qurez community through thoughtful communication
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve customer experience
• Assist in managing customer conversations during product launches, events and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in skincare, sun protection, and conscious consumer products
• Friendly, empathetic, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to respond to customers professionally and promptly
• Must be based in Gurgaon
