Role Description
What is this role? We run three active Instagram accounts @realtor.lakshay, @ownitwithmadhav and @propspot.xyz and together we clock 1M+ organic views every month. Every reel gets 500+ comments, our biggest posts have crossed 10,000 comments, and DMs never stop coming in. All of this is people who are genuinely interested in buying property. And right now, a huge chunk of that interest is going to waste because we can't keep up with the volume.
Your job is to fix that. You will be on Instagram and WhatsApp all day managing comments, starting conversations, qualifying buyers, and making sure every serious lead reaches our sales team. This is not a telecalling job. No cold calling. No script reading.
Qualifications
1. Reply to every comment across all three accounts personally, not copy-paste
2. Follow up on DMs the moment they come in. Speed matters more than anything here
3. Have real conversations, understand what people are looking for, and figure out if they're serious
4. Move qualified leads from Instagram DMs to WhatsApp
5. Schedule site visits for people who are ready to see a property
6. Log everything on our CRM source, budget, intent, and next step
7. Go back to old high-performing posts and re-engage people who commented but went cold
Additional Requirements:
1. You live on Instagram. You know how people talk there and what makes them respond
2. You write well in both Hindi and English — casual, warm, real
3. You reply fast. A lead who waits 30 minutes is a lead who moves on
4. You can tell the difference between a serious buyer and a timepass commenter
