Seeking a Dynamic Community and Product Feedback manager for a D2C brand based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
1. Community Building & Management
- Build and manage a curated database of moms across age groups, sizes, and geographies.
- Create and manage a WhatsApp-led focus group community.
- Drive engagement through early access, polls, sneak peeks, and structured discussions.
- Identify and nurture long-term brand advocates.
2. Product Testing & Feedback Management
- Coordinate the dispatch of prototypes and samples.
- Collect structured feedback, including:
- Fit observations
- Fabric and comfort feedback
- Wash performance insights
- Images and video testimonials (with consent)
- Ensure timely and complete feedback collection.
- Maintain testing documentation and tracking systems.
3. Insights & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Convert raw feedback into structured reports.
- Highlight recurring fit or product issues.
- Work closely with design and sourcing teams to implement improvements.
- Support marketing by mobilising community members for reviews, UGC, and testimonials.
Job Requirements
- Background in Fashion Design / Apparel / Fashion Technology is preferred
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric behaviour.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
